The Vision for Small Groups at Chilliwack Alliance Church is to connect people into groups of four to twelve who come together on a regular basis for a common purpose. The group is led by an identified leader who is assisting the group in their progress by providing full devotion to Jesus Christ. This is done intentionally by providing an environment for connection, community and spiritual formation.
We also want people to know that our Small Groups are a place where there is always a seat at the table of community. We are the body of Christ, the family of God, a community of followers devoted to Christ and His cause. As we come together in small communities we are better able to fulfill our mission; connecting people to passionately pursue Jesus Christ. If you are interested in joining a small group, contact Pastor Matt Mordaunt.
Women meet weekly to participate in a Bible study or take the time to listen to the joys and struggles of our International Workers. Not only are the women involved in small group discussions; they also reach out into the local and global community in a variety of ways.
Mom to Mom "Growing Together: Growing a Child = Growing a Mom"
This is a ministry designed to equip, encourage, and energise moms in the most important job in all the world - raising children. This biblically based material grows out of the promise that as we "grow" our children, God is growing us.
Our sessions each Thursday morning include worship, a DVD teaching time, discussion, connection & interaction with other moms & leaders, and - of course - coffee & snacks! Child care from 0-5 years is provided. Come and check us out!
Mid Point Prayer - This occurs each Wednesday morning from 11:00 am to 12 noon.
After Service Prayer - Each Sunday after our morning service, prayer team members are available to meet with you to pray for personal concerns.
Care Groups - each week our Care Groups that meet in homes devote part of their time together to pray for one another and to support broader prayer initiatives around the world. To find a Care Group in your area please contact Pastor Matt at firstname.lastname@example.org

Membership at CAC is a statement of identification with, and a love for, the people, plans, direction and values of our church. Nobody is required to become a member to attend CAC, but certain positions of leadership and influence are reserved for members. Certain decisions are also limited to those holding formal membership. With that being so, if you would like to know more about our church and our church’s direction, would like to commit to helping us get there, or are simply curious to know more about becoming a member at CAC, regular membership classes are held in Fall and early each new year. For details on dates, simply watch your bulletin for details, or contact the church office.
Proverbs 16:31 reads ‘’A gray head is a crown of glory; It is found in the way of righteousness.”
Visitation is a ministry of love and compassion to those who are homebound or shut-in. Individuals or teams of two visit those in area hospitals or other healthcare facilities including private homes, to pray, encourage and share a word of scripture. Team members seek God's guidance in preparing for visits so that they might minister as unto the Lord with an uplifting attitude and a spirit of compassion.
